Come on in. Sit yourself down by the fire and have a glass of mead. You have entered my realm. I am known simply as The Magician. Yes, I can tell you a little about magic. I can also tell you of all the things promised at the Gateway - Legends, Myths, Magic, Unicorns, Dragons, Fairy Folk, Elves, Tales of Adventure, Wizards, Fae People and Places, Witches, Wicca and Witchcraft, Hobbits, Castles and Fantasy.
Of course you should not expect to hear about it all straight away - time is of no consequence here. I do not promise to fill these pages speedily, (like everyone else, I have other duties that take up my time), but it matters not - this is a place to be peaceful for a short while. As far as I am concerned, this is a very long term project. You can feel confident that these pages will still be here - and probably expanded - next month, next year, and the year after that.
I have spent decades learning about all these subjects, acquiring knowledge, but I still do not claim to be any sort of expert on any of them. However, I am sure that if you stay awhile, I may have some tales of interest for you. Some of these subjects cover areas of pure invented fantasy. Some are very, very real. The trick, my friend, is in telling which is which!

Sections will be created as and when they become necessary. This site develops slowly, but it keeps getting bigger and you have my word, it will still be here in ten years and more. |
