Centaurs are half-man, half-horse. They are human down to the hips, but they join the body of a horse where the neck would normally be. Their lower half has hide. just as a horse's, while the top half is like that of a normal man. Centaurs might have any ability or skill that a human can learn. They like archery and are good at hunting. They also have an affinity for healing and the art of prophecy. They use any weapons that men do and will often have trained in one or more. The big weakness of the centaur is that they really like their alcohol and when drunk, get belligerent and even violent. Centaurs are not horses and do not like humans riding them. However, they may be convinced to let a human ride under special circumstances. They are not your mate though. Centaurs eat raw flesh and are not averse to eating human flesh. And if there is a young maiden available, well they will be useful for more than just food...
